Net Ref has higher priority than Net Control. Therefore, if Net Ref is set, presets are ignored.
For Preset Speed Units: Net Ref determines if speed reference comes from the network or preset speeds.
0 = 0 Hz, 32767 = Maximum Frequency (Hz)
