ArcShield Chimney Installation
Instructions
The following instructions are provided to ensure the proper installation
and function of chimney supplied with ArcShield enclosures. Refer to
Appendix A for additional information related to ArcShield chimney
before attempting to follow these instructions.
Recommended Torque Values 1/ 4 -20 Thread Fasteners – 6 ft-lb (7.5 N·m)
5 /16 -18 Thread Fasteners – 11 ft-lb (14 N·m)
Plan the location where the plenum will exhaust
(refer to Appendix A). . The plenum exhaust area
is to be marked as a Hazardous Zone, and labeled
per Figure C.1.
