This parameter allows the user to view the status of the Contactor
Fails to Pic k-Up warning from the IB1 module. If the bit is ‘0’ then
the warning is not present. If the bit is ‘1’ then the warning is
present. See Contactor Fails to Pick Up in Chapter 4 for a detailed
description of this warning.
