This parameter allows the user to view the Delay Restart Wait Time
for IB4. It shows the time left, as a constantly updated real time,
after the contactor has closed, before it is permitted to close again.
This parameter works in conjunction with parameter #141 which
defines the minimum time allowed between successive closings of
contactor IB4. See Delayed Restart in Chapter 4 for a more detailed
description of this feature.

This parameter allows the user to view the Delay Restart Wait Time
for IB5. It shows the time left, as a constantly updated real time,
after the contactor has closed, before it is permitted to close again.
This parameter works in conjunction with parameter #142 which
defines the minimum time allowed between successive closings of
contactor IB5. See Delayed Restart in Chapter 4 for a more detailed
description of this feature.
