This parameter allows the user to view the Delay Restart Wait Time
for IB2. It shows the time left, as a constantly updated real time,
after the contactor has closed, before it is permitted to close again.
This parameter works in conjunction with parameter #139 which
defines the minimum time allowed between successive closings of
contactor IB2. See Delayed Restart in Chapter 4 for a more detailed
description of this feature.

This parameter allows the user to view the Delay Restart Wait Time
for IB3. It shows the time left, as a constantly updated real time,
after the contactor has closed, before it is permitted to close again.
This parameter works in conjunction with parameter #140 which
defines the minimum time allowed between successive closings of
contactor IB3. See Delayed Restart in Chapter 4 for a more detailed
description of this feature.
