This parameter allows the user to view and set the Delay Restart
Time between successive Open/Trip and Close commands for
contactor IB5. This sets a maximum repetition time for the cycling
of the contactor. It can also be used to prevent rapid restating of the
motor. See Delayed Restart in Chapter 4 for a more detailed
description of this feature.

This parameter allows the user to view the Delay Restart Wait Time
for IB1. It shows the time left, as a constantly updated real time,
after the contactor has closed, before it is permitted to close again.
This parameter works in conjunction with parameter #138 which
defines the minimum time allowed between successive closings of
contactor IB1. See Delayed Restart in Chapter 4 for a more detailed
description of this feature.
