Note: Use a ¼” flat washer as required to space
interlock lever and can to obtain a proper clearance.

7) Use two lock nuts to adjust the space clearance.
8) As a final test, apply 120 V control power to
the contactors and cycle the contactors (an
example: forward/reverse) to ensure the
mechanical interlock has been adjusted
properly and the 1503FR operates properly.
9) There maybe a number of trial and error
adjustments needed to ensure that all the
required dimensions are established.
