Step 5: Print the marker type
 On the menu bar, select File > Print....
 Select a printer from the printer list and click on Map.
In the next dialog, select the printer type (printer/plotter).
 Select a marker type from the list and click on the Print button (also see the "Printing"
chapter).
If no printer has been mapped to any or all of the marker types to be printed,
pressing the Print button sends the data to the default printer.

If the printout is not positioned properly, you must calibrate the printer (see the
"Adjusting the printer to the marker type" section).
Step 6: Close the file
 On the menu bar, select File > Close.
