Assigned Input
If assigned, the START input can be used to start a program. Refer to the START input described earlier
in Part 3.
IQ Master - Run Control
The Run Control dialog box of IQ Master can be used to select and run a program. Refer to Part 2 • IQ
Master Environment, Run menu, Run Control, for more detailed information.
Function Key Program
If you have an Operator Terminal, the default System Program 5 can be used to start your programs.
Refer to Appendix A, System Programs, for more detailed information. System programs are not fixed.
You can move them and change them to fit the needs of a particular application.
Host Language Commands (Serial)
The Host Language Command, RUN can be used to start a program in the user directory. The Host
Language Command, SRUN can be used to start a program in the system directory. Refer to Part 6 •
