motor generates an excessive amount of heat -- No fault is displayed.
Is full load demanded continuously at low frequency? An
OL trip occurs when the load current is greater than 140% for one
minute.
Lighten
the load or resize the drive and motor to meet your application.

. Check the mechanical installation.

motor and drive are undersized, resize them for your application.
