Mounting the Components of the Cable Seal Kit
To mount the components on the input and output connectors:
1. Refasten the input and output connectors to the motor housing by using the eight
screws provided. The table below shows the required torque for the mounting
screws of each cable:
2. Lubricate the inner surface of the two seals with o-ring lubricant.
3. Slide the larger of the two seals down onto the power input connector and the
smaller seal onto the resolver or encoder output connector until:
• the seals are seated snugly to the base of the connectors.
