Warranty
Rockford Corporation offers a limited warranty on Rockford Fosgate products on the following terms:
Length of Warranty
POWER Amplifiers - 2 Ye ars
BMW® Dire ct Fit Speakers- 2 Years
PUNCH® & PRIME® Amplifiers -1 Year
Speakers, Signal Proce sso rs , Accessories and Capacitors- 1 Year
All marine, motorcycle, motorsport products - 2 Y ears
Any Factory Refurbished Product- 90 Da ys ( re ce ipt required)
What is Covered
This warranty applies only to Rockford Fosgate products sold to con su mers by authorized R oc kford Fosga te dealers in the United Stat es of America.
Products purchased by consumers from an Authorized Rockford F
osga te Dealer in another country are covered only by that country's Distributor and
not by Ro ckford Co rporatio n.
Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the original purchaser of Rockford product pu rc hased from an a ut hor ized Rockford F osga te dealer in the Unit ed States. In
order to receive service, the purchaser must provide Rockford with a co py of the receipt sta ti ng the customer name, dealer name, product purchased
and date of purchase.
Products found to
be defective during t he warranty period will be repa ired or replac ed (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at Ro ckford's
discretion.
What is Not Covered
l. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, operations, theft, water (o n non-Element Ready produ cts) .
2. Any cost or expen se re lated to the rem ova l or reinstallation of product.
3. Se rvice performed by anyone other than Rockford or an authorized Rockford Fo sgate servi ce ce nter.
4. Any product which ha s had the se n a I number defa ced, altered, or remo ved .
5. Subsequent damage to other components.
6.
Any product purch ased outside the U. S.

Limit on Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for u se and mer cha ntability are limited in duration to the period of the express wa rranty se t
forth above. Some s
tat es do not a ll ow limi tat io ns on the length of an implied warra nt y, so this li mit ation may n ot appl y. No person is au thorized to
as sume for Rockford Fosga te any other li ability in conn ec tion with the sa le of the produc t.
How to Obtain Service
Please ca ll1- 800 - 669 - 9899 for Rockford Customer Serv i ce . You mu st ob tain an RA# (Return Au thorization num be r) to return any product to Rockford
Fo sga te. You are re sponsible for shipment of product to Rockford.
