stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased
and date of pu rchase.
Products found
to
be
de
fec
ti
ve during
the
warranty peri
od
will be repaired or replaced (with a produ

deemed

le
nt
) at Rockford's
discretion.

Damage caused by accident, abuse,
