original

order
to
receive

ervice,

must
provide

with
a
copy
of
the
receipt
stating
the
customer
name,

aler

product

hased
and
date
of
purcha
se
.
Products
found
to
be
defective
during
the
warranty
period
will
be

epaired
or
replaced

deemed
to

equivalent)

discretion.
