What is Covered
This warra nt y appli es only to Rockford Fosgate products sold to cons umer s by auth or i ze d Rockford Fos ga te d ea le rs in the United States of Ameri ca.
Products purchased by consume rs fr om an Authorized Ro ckford Fosgate Dea ler in another co untr y are covered only by that count ry's Dis trib utor and
not by Rockford
Co rp or ation.
Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the original pur chaser of Rockford pr odu ct purchased from an au thoriz ed Rockfo rd Fosg ate dealer in the United Stat es . In
order to receive servi ce, the purchaser mu st provide Rockford with a copy of the re ceipt s tat ing the cu st omer nam e, dealer nam e, product purchased
and date
of purchas e.
Pro duct s found to be defecti ve during th e war ra nty period will be repa ir ed or replaced (with a product dee med to be equivalent) at Roc kfo rd 's
discretion.
What is Not Covered
1. Dam ag e ca u se d by accident, abu se , im proper installation, ope ration s, th eft, water (o n non-Element Rea dy pr oduc ts ).
2. Any cost or expense related to the rem ov al or reinstail at ion of product.
3. Service perf or med by anyone other than Roc kford or an authori ze d Rockford Fos gate service center.
4. An y product which has h ad the serial number defaced, a lt ered, or removed.
5. Subs
eq u ent damage to other c ompo nents.
6. Any product purchased outside
the U. S.
