Warranty
Rockford Corporation offers a limited warranty on Rockford Fosgate products on the following terms:

Any Factory Refurbished Pr oduct- 90 Da ys ( re ceipt required)
What is Covered
This warranty applies only to Rockford Fos ga te products sold to consumers by au thor ized Rockford Fo sg ate dea lers in the United Stat es of Ameri ca.
Products pur chased by consumers fr om an Authori ze d Rockford Fosga te Dealer in an oth er co untry are covered only by t ha t co untr y's Distribu to r and
no t by Rockford Corporation.
Who is Covered
This warranty cove rs only the original purchaser of Rockford produc t purchased from an authorized R ockf o rd Fo sgate dealer in the U nit ed States. In
order to receive servic e, the purchaser must provide Rockford with a c opy of the re ce ipt stating the customer nam e, dealer name, pr odu ct purchased
and date of purchase.
Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (w
it h a product de emed to be equivalent) at Rockford's
discretion.
What is Not Covered
l. Damage ca used by accident, abu se, impr oper insta lla ti o n, op era tion s, th eft, water (on non-Ele men t Ready products).
2. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
3. Service performed by anyone othe r than Ro ckford or an authori ze d Rockford Fo sga te service cente r.
4. Any pr o duct which has had the serial num ber defaced, a lter ed, or re mov ed.
5. Subsequent damage
to o ther co mp onents.
6. An y pr oduct pur chased outside th e U. S.
7. Any product not pur c ha sed from an autho ri zed Ro ckford Fosgate dealer. Re fer to rockfordfosgate .c om dealer lo ca tor for more d et ai l.
Limit on Implied Warranties
Any impli ed warran ti es including warranti es of fitn ess for us e and mercha nt a bility are limited in dur at ion to the pe ri od of the ex pre ss warra nty se t

ass ume for Rockford Fosgate any o ther lia bilit y in connec ti on w ith the sale of the pro duc t.
How to Obtain Service

Fo sgate. You are re sponsible for shipment of pro duct to Roc kford.
