ig end to work in conjuction with Rockford 's other RANGER specific
audio kits and part

If you f ee l un sure a bout installing this system yourself, have it install ed
by a qualified technician.
When drilling hol
es, make sure what is on the other side. Be sure that
any electrical, fuel lines or any other importa nt components are f re e
and clear from
the area.

ki ck panels on the vehicle.
Step 1. Remove the t
op of the dash. This will give you acce ss for
bolting in both spea
ke r enclsos ur es.
Step 2. Set the sp
ea ker enclos ur e int o pl ace.

OTE : The enclosures get installed below th e d as h, up against the
firewall of the vehicl
e. There are ex isting bosses t hat th ey will bo lt to.
Installation
Step 3. Se cu re t he enclosure using s up plied hardware.
NOTE: You will need to use the su pplied tool to tig ht en t he bo lt s that go
into the exist in g factory bosses on the firewall.
Step 4.
In
se rt th e spade connect or side of th e sp ea ker ha rn ess int o
th e top hole of th e enclosur e.
Step 5. Install th e supplied foam pad to sea l up t he enclosure. Be s ur e
to leave
en ough w ir e to connect the speaker.

te p 6. Connect the speaker harn es s to the spea ke r.
Step 7.
Sec ur e th e speaker w it h t he s up plied sp ea ker har dw are.
Step 8. Repeat steps f
or th e enclos ur e on th e ot her side.
Step 9.
Re install th e dash pie ce .
