Device doesn’t turn on.
A. Verify connections.
B. Verify there is 10 - 15.5 Volts present at the power B+ connection to the 3Sixty.3 unit.
C. Contact customer service.
Device turns on with the key in the acc position but does not turn on when the vehicle starts..
A. Verify there is 10 - 15.5 Volts present at the power B+ connection to the 3Sixty.3 unit while the starter is starting the motor.
B. Replace battery.
C. Contact customer service.
Power Indicator (Red LED) does not stop blinking.
A. Turn power off to 3Sixty.3 unit, wait a moment and turn unit back on.
B. Turn power off to 3Sixty.3 unit, press the reset button, wait a moment and turn unit back on.
C. Contact customer service.
No audio out.
A. Verify all connections to the 3Sixty.3 and other audio devices in your system.
B. Verify that all audio devices connected to the 3Sixty.3 unit have power on.
C. The processor is muting the outputs because you are configuring the input.
D. The outputs are muted in the EQ controls.
Distorted audio at high volumes.
A. The source unit has exceeded the maximum volume level found during configuration.
B. The EQ in the source unit has been adjusted after the processor was setup.
System does not respond to 3Sixty.3 remote controller.
A. Check cable connection between 3Sixty.3 and remote.
B. Check the feature settings of the remote in the PC interface, since it may control the sub or master volume, you may need to choose the best
setting for your system.
C. Voltage has dropped below 9VDC.
Cannot connect to Bluetooth.
A. Ensure all other previously connected BT devices within range are disconnected.
B. Check BT dongle connection.
C. BT dongle reception is poor, keep the dongle away from any ferrous (metallic) material.
