DSi Power Shell
Getting started
1 Use the included screwdriver to remove the two screws from the DSi’s
battery compartment, then remove the battery compartment cover and the
battery pack.
Notes: Screws are designed to stay connected to the console. Do not
misplace the screwdriver.
2 Insert the battery pack into the extended power case’s battery
compartment. Make sure that you insert the side with the battery contacts
rst and  rmly press the battery into place.
3 Carefully place the DSi’s battery compartment door over the extended
power cases battery compartment. Make sure the doors screws are still held
in place. This allows you to safely store the battery compartment cover and
screws for later use.
Important: Store the screwdriver in the holder so you can use it to remove
the power shell later.

4 Carefully press the DSi console into the lower case.
5 Attach the upper case to the lower case, then carefully press the top of the
DSi console into the upper case.
Using the game storage drawer
Open the game drawer, then insert a game cartridge into the drawer and
close it. The game cartridge  ts into the drawer when the cartridge’s metal
contacts are facing either the front or back of the case.
To easily remove a game cartridge from the drawer, pull the drawer open
and turn the extended power case upside down. The game cartridge falls
out of the drawer.
