The test strip drum does not
rotate. Slide and release
to turn off the meter. Open the
drum door and press the red
drum release button. Make sure
your test drum has two bar
codes on it. Close the drum
door. Slide and release
to
turn on the meter. The drum
and control bottle symbol flash.
The 90-day use-by period is no
longer calculated for this test
drum. Perform a control test.
While using this test drum, the
drum symbol continues to flash.
A meter error has occurred.
Slide and release
to turn
off the meter. Then, slide and
release
to turn on the
meter again. If the error
message continues, call the
ACCU-CHEK Customer Care
Service Center at
1-800-858-8072.
