The test drum in the meter is 
empty. Insert a new test drum. 
If the message is still displayed, 
call the ACCU-CHEK Customer
Care Service Center at
1-800-858-8072. A dot also 
appears in the test strip count 
window on the back of 
the meter.
The meter is ready to download 
results to a computer.
There was not enough blood 
applied to the test strip for the 
test to start. Repeat the test 
with a new test strip and larger 
drop of blood.
The hypo warning is turned on 
and shows the level selected.
