Solution
Check if the ID complies with the intended ID patterns
(length, structure, allowed values).
Adapt the configured ID patterns (via the DMS or by
using the Configuration by barcode option) so that the
scanned barcode will be accepted by the instrument.

CA-0086: Invalid user ID
Problem
The user read an ID via RFID tag that does not comply
with the maximum length allowed for the user ID.
The scanned ID is invalid.
Solution
Check if the user ID violates the maximum length
allowed of 20 characters.
Reduce the ID length to maximum 20 characters.

CA-0087: Invalid patient ID
Problem
The user read a patient ID via barcode that does not
match the configured validation pattern and is rejected
by the instrument.
Solution
Check if the ID complies with the intended ID patterns

using the Configuration by barcode option) so that the
scanned barcode will be accepted by the instrument.
