This configuration item enables or disables the override
QC / synchronization lockout function.

Override function is disabled.
• Enabled
[true]
Override function is enabled.
Dependencies
• The Number of lockout overrides allowed
configuration item specifies the maximum number of
tests that can be overridden.
• When the Regulatory region configuration item has
a value of US, Allow QC / synchronization lockout
overrides is disabled and cannot be enabled.
