Custom message (below critical range)
You use this configuration item to create the content of
the below critical range message.
The message is displayed when the following conditions
are true:
• The glucose test result is less than the value set in the
Critical range lower limit configuration item.
• The Message displayed if the result is below the
critical range configuration item has a value of
Enabled.

Available values/format
• The message can contain a maximum of 100
alphanumeric characters.
• If this configuration item is left empty a built-in
message is displayed.
Configuration
You configure the Custom message (below critical
range) configuration item using the following:
• Data management system (e.g., cobas
®
infinity POC)
Message displayed if the result is above the critical range
This configuration item determines if the "above critical
range message" is displayed when a glucose test result
value is above the critical range.
The content of the custom message is entered using the
Custom message (above critical range)
configuration item.
If a custom message has not been configured, a built-in
message is displayed when the value for this
configuration item is Enabled.
