Dependencies
This configuration item is only relevant when the DMS
TLS level is set to TLS enabled or TLS enabled (FIPS
approved mode).
Configuration
You configure the DMS TLS certificate check
configuration item using the following:
• Data management system (e.g., cobas
®
infinity POC)
• Barcode (generated via cobas
®
infinity edge)
cobas infinity edge TLS certificate check
This configuration item determines the level of TLS
certificate check for a connection to
cobas
®
infinity edge.
Changing the cobas
®
infinity edge TLS level must only
be done after contacting your Roche representative.

CERTIFICATE_CHECK_TLS_RSG
Available values/format
• Disabled
[DEACTIVATED]
No certificate check is made.
• Warning
[WARNING]
The corresponding TLS server certificate is checked.
In case the certificate check fails, a warning will be
logged in the audit trail and the TLS connection will
be established.
• Strict (default)
[STRICT]
The corresponding TLS server certificate will be
checked. In case the certificate check fails, an error
will be logged in the audit trail and no connection will
be established
