Problem
One or multiple parts of the software update package
could not be retrieved. The connection to
cobas
®
infinity edge was interrupted.
Solution
Ensure that the instrument is connected to the network.
Check the connection between the instrument and
cobas
®
infinity edge using the Network status test
option.
