Problem
The meta-data of the software update package is invalid
(e.g., malformed or incomplete).
Solution
Contact your Roche representative.

Problem
The measuring unit firmware update could not be
started.
Solution
Restart the instrument.
Ensure that the instrument is connected to the network
using the Network status test option, and that the
connection is stable.
Restart the firmware update via cobas
®
infinity edge.
