Restart the instrument and try again.

MU-0341: Test strip ID decoding error
Problem
The instrument could not read the test strip ID (e.g. due
to dirt or scratches).
Solution
Eject the test strip and insert a new test strip. If the
problem persists, contact your Roche representative.

Problem
The instrument could not read the test strip ID (e.g. due
