Problem
A measuring unit error occurred.
Solution
Restart the instrument and try again.
If the problem persists, contact your Roche
representative.

MU-0175: Test strip mediator degradation fail-safe activated
Problem
The measuring unit detected a test strip which seems to
have been exposed to humidity stress. The test failed.
Solution
Repeat the test with a new test strip. Follow proper usage
in the handling recommendations.If this problem persists,
use a new test strip from a different test strip container.

Problem
The measuring unit detected a test strip which seems to
have already been used.
Solution
Repeat the test with a strip from another container.
If this does not solve the issue, repeat the test with
another strip and another instrument.
