Patches of uncut grass on the lawn
Step 1
Has the mower completed a full cycle on this given zone/area? Tip: A Mowing Cycle is the full
amount of many repeated mowing sessions a zone/area gets, according the size you set for this zone
on your Lawn Options. Before a full cycle is completed the given zone will look undone with patches
of uncut grass. Is this the case here?
If YesLet the mower finish a full Mowing Cycle which is
basically, half a week Problem solved
If NoGo to Step 2

Is it the first cut of the season or the grass is very high?
If YesCheck that mow height level is not set too low, increase mowing height to max - 100
and let the Mower complete a full mowing cycle (2-3 days) before gradually reducing mow
height to the one you want.
If NoGo to Step 3

Does this happen in one specific place or all around the lawn?
If YesRun the mower in the problematic area and observe if odd behavior can be seen.
Correct the installation according to what you learn from watching the mower operating at
this area
If No - (This occurs all around the lawn) Go to Step 4
Step 4
Are we in the peak mowing season, so the grass is growing very fast?
If YesIncrease the percentage of mowing hours and check.

If NoGo to Step 5
Step 5
Run a full robot inspection (Test Diagnostics) using RoboTools and follow the instructions within.
Have all tests passed (after addressing issues found during the test)?
If YesProblem solved
If NoConsult with Level 3 technical support.
