Mower Found Stopped in the middle of the yard
Step 1
See if there is an error code displayed on the UI screen or on the Robomow app on your mobile
device & act according to the last stop cause reason recommendations
.
In case there is no error message displayed connect to RoboTools and see on Information or
Operation data the last stop cause.
Note: In case mower doesn’t wake up at all, even after charging, go to Step 3
Step 2
Has this happened more than once recently?
If YesUse the RoboTools to connect to the robot locally and observe the last ten failures, or
you may check the robot Data History (for GSM models only). See what you can learn there
for why this mower stops mid yard. In case you do not have access to RoboTools system,
Consult with Level 3 technical support who may have access to your mower data history.
If NoUse the mower and see if it happens again.
Step 3
In case mower doesn’t wake up at all even after charging go to Blank screen does not wake up.
