Base Station light does not operate /dead (No light at all)
Step 1
Make sure the power supply is connected well to an active power source, green light on power
supply box is On.
If YesProceed to Step 4
If NoProceed to Step 2
Step 2
Check the power outlet or switch to another one. Has the problem been resolved?
If YesProblem Solved
If NoProceed to Step 3
Step 3
Check the LED status of the power supply. Does it show red light or no light at all?
If Yes – Replace the Power Supply and check.
If NoProceed to Step 4.
Step 4
Check all connections between the Power Supply through the 50ft (15m) extension cord, to the base
station, are connected well.
Still no light at all at the base station?
If YesReplace the Base Station board and go to Step 5
If NoProblem solved.
Step 5
Pairing between the mower and the new base:
1. Base station plugged to power and has a green light
2. Make sure Wire type is A
3. Remove mower out of base station, turn it off and then on
4. Manually dock the mower and wait one minute pairing is done
5. Send the mower to mow and see all is fine
