5.15 过充电保护性能

Over charge protection
performance
以充电电压31.5V ,充电电流1.6A对电池包充电,试验应在环境温度下
进行。进行试验的时间应为24小时。
Charging the battery with charge voltage 31.5V and charge
current 1.6A for 24hours at ambient temperature(20±5)℃ .
试验样品如在进行试验
后7天内无解体和无起
火,即符合这一要求

5.13 温度冲击试验
(UN38.3:T.2)
(Thermal shock-TST)
电池包充满电后放入72℃±2℃保持6H,-40℃±2保持6H,高低温转换
时间为30min,循环10次,试验结束后,在常温条件搁置24h后测试电池
包的性能。
72±2℃,keep 6h,-40±2℃,keep 6h,the conversion time of
high and low temperature is 30 minutes,recycle 10 times.
After the test ,shelve the battery at room temperature for 24
hours .test the battery function.

5.14 振动
(UN38.3:T.3)
Vibration
1.频率在7HZ和200HZ之间摆动再回到7HZ的对数扫频为时15min,这一振
动过程须对三个互相垂直的单体电池安装方位的每一个方向都重复进行
12次,总共为时3h,其中一个振动方向必须与端面垂直。
2.对数扫频为:从7HZ开始保持1gn的最大加速度直到频率达到18HZ,然
后将振幅保持在0.8mm(总偏移1.6mm)并增加频率直到最大 加速度达
到8gn(频率约为50HZ)将最大加速度保持在8gn直到 频率增加到200Hz
。(实验前电池包标准充满电状态下)

2. logarithmic sweep: frequency until the maximum acceleration

the maximum acceleration reaches 8gn (frequency about 50HZ)
will keep the maximum acceleration in 8gn until the frequency
increased to 200Hz. (the battery before the experiment is full
of charge).
