5.12 ESD 防静电测试

在环境温度为（23±5）℃的条件下，电池包充满电后，对每个输出端进
行ESD测试：接触放电：±8KV/10次;空气放电：±15KV/10次;试验后电
池包电压、内阻、充放电都应正常.
In the environment temperature of (23 + / - 5 ℃ condition,
battery pack, ESD test for each output: contact discharge:
plus or minus 8 kv / 10 times;Air discharge: + / - 15 kv / 10
times;After test battery pack voltage, internal resistance,
charge-discharge should be normal.

5.10 高温放电容量
（High temperature
discharge capacity）
在环境温度为(20±5)℃下标准充电后，在温度为40℃条件下搁置4h,
倍率放电到截止电压。
In the condition that environment temperature is (20±5)℃,
standard charge to the charge cut-off voltage.Shelve battery
at temperature 40℃ for 4h,and discharge with large
current until the battery reached discharge cut off voltage.

5.11 高温高湿
（High temperature and
high humidity）
电池包在常温标准充电后，放入温度60℃±2℃/相对湿度为90%-95%的
恒温恒湿箱内搁置7天，然后取出在常温下恢复，搁置2h后，电池包以
1A放电至终止电压，记录放电容量
After standard charged ,put the battery into Climate +60°±2
℃ / 90%-95% relative humidity for 7 Days ,take out the
battery and keep in room temperature(20±5)℃ for 2 hours
,then discharge at 1A ,record the capacity.
