forward-orback-ushingoftherefrigerant.
Note: Refrigerant ows from the red high-side
connector to the blue low-side connector.
8.Opentheredservicecoupler.
9.Connectthelterhousingtothedesiredreturn
sideoftheadapterblockandtothebluelow-
sidehose.

Opentheblueservicecoupler.

Verifythataushinglteriscorrectlyinstalled
intheushinglterhousing.Opentheisolation
valveonthehose.
Operating Instructions
1.SelectSYSTEM FLUSH.
2.SelectSTART toacceptthedefaultushtimeof
10minutes,orenterthedesiredushtimeusing
thekeypadandselectSTART.
3.Thevacuumpumprunsforveminutesto
removeairfromtheA/Csystem,ifneeded.
4.
Theunitushesthesystemforthedesignated
lengthoftime,andthenentersarecoverymode.
5.
Oilthathasbeencollecteddrainsintothe
graduatedoildrainbottle.Removethebottleand
measuretheoil.
Disposeofoilaccordingtothelawsinyour
jurisdiction.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserto
determineifamaterialisahazardouswasteat
thetimeofdisposal.

WhentheunitdisplaysFLUSHCOMPLETE,
closeservicecouplers,removehoses,and
reassemblethevehicle’sA/Csystemtoits
originalstate.
7.Openthevalveonthesourcetank.
8.Evacuateandrechargethevehicleaccordingto
theinstructionsinthismanual.
WARNING: Do NOT disconnect
service couplers during the ushing
process. Refrigerant could spray out
of the ttings, and exposure may
cause personal injury.
Operating Tips
If the external ushing lter is plugged,
the unit displays
NOFLOWDETECTED.FLUSHFILTER
MAYBEBLOCKED.
CHECKCONNECTIONSANDVALVE
POSITIONS.
TOCLEARFILTERFOR
REPLACEMENT,CLOSEFLUSH
FILTERADAPTERVALVEAND
SELECTSTART.
SELECTEXITTOABORT
ORRETRYTOCONTINUEWITHOUT
REPLACINGFILTER.
The message repeats until the lter is
replaced.
