General Maintenance
1.Onaregularbasis,wipeofftheunitusingaclean
clothtoremovegreaseanddirt.

Periodicallycheckinternalcomponentsforleaks;over
time,ttingscanloosenastheunitismoved.Open
thedoorpanel,andtracelinesusingaleakdetector.
Checkconnectionsonthebackoftheunit.Tighten
anyloosettingsorconnectionsyoumaynd.
Electrical Protection
Theunitisequippedwitha15ampcircuitbreakeron
thebackpanel.SeeFigure10.Ifthebreakertrips,its
buttonwillpopout.Atrippedcircuitbreakerwillcause
theunittoloseallpower.
Pressthecircuitbreakerbuttontoreset.
Manually Fill the
Internal Storage Vessel (ISV)
Thismenuitemisusedtotransferrefrigerantfroma
sourcetanktotheinternalstoragevessel.
Note: If a refrigerant source tank remains connected to
the unit during normal operation, the correct amount of
refrigerant will automatically be maintained in the ISV.
The ISV may be manually relled, if necessary.

2.Connectthellhosetoafullsourcetank,andopen
thesourcetankvalve.
3.Installthesourcetank,andsecureittotheunit
withthesourcetankstrapinsuchawaythatliquid
refrigerantissuppliedtotheconnection.
4.PressSTART / YEStobegin.Thedisplayshows

5.Theunitautomaticallystopswhenthepresettankll
levelisreached,orpressSTOP / NOtoexit.
