The 342000 automates A/C service from
start to finish. Using temperature probes
and service hoses, it gives you a snap-
shot of the system’s operation — which
can be printed — then verifies the refrig-
erant type, recovers, recycles, evacuates,
and recharges. It even drains system oil

R-12 & R-134a Recovery / Recycling Unit
Automatic Dual Operation Unit
Use the same unit for both R-12 and
R-134a. You can switch from one refrig-
erant to the other at the touch of a
button. The 34800-2K comes with two
built-in manifolds, two tanks, two com-
pressors, and two electronic scales; so
there’s no need to clear or switch tanks.
Microprocessor with Scrolling
Display — Controls all functions
including evacuation time and recharge
amount, plus signals when it’s time to
change the filter-drier, pump oil, etc.;
easy to understand alphanumeric display.
Automatic Air Purge — Air in the tanks
is automatically purged to prevent prob-
lems caused by air in a vehicle’s A/C
system; no gauges to monitor or valves
to open.
Electronic Scale — Automatic shut-off
when the programmed amount of refrig-
erant has been recharged; provides tank
overfill protection and monitors amount
of refrigerant recovered. Permanent stor-
age vessels never need recertification.
