SECTION 11: USER INSTRUCTIONS
11.1 User Instructions
The CTU heaters are fully automatic and operate
from the external controls fitted on site.
The only user controls at the heater are the:
Burner Lockout
Reset ButtonSee Page 18, Section 11.3.3
Limit Thermostat
Reset See Page 18, Section 11.3.1
Second Limit Thermostat
Reset Button See Page 18, Section 11.3.2
11.2 Heater Operation
When the heater has been switched on by the
remote controls installed on site, the main burner will
automatically turn on.
The burner control box will control the safe ignition
of the flame.
All heaters require a constant gas and electricity
supply which must not be interrupted during the
normal operation of this heater.

11.3 Common User Controls (all models)
11.3.1 Combination Fan/Limit Thermostat
The Combination Fan/Limit Thermostat is located
inside the access door at the top of the heater. See
Page 29, Section 15.3.
This control ensures the heater does not blow cold
air in the normal heating cycle and protects the heat
exchanger against overheating.

11.3.2 Secondary Limit Thermostat
11.3.3 Burner Lockout Reset Button
The red warning light at the front of the heater will
illuminate when the control has gone to lockout. This
may be caused by flame failure. Press the reset
button on the back of the heater, (See Page 5,
Section 4.1), or the remote reset if installed on site.

Disconnect electrical power before servicing.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in
death or electrical shock.

The combination fan/limit thermostat is preset
during commissioning.

NOTE: To reset, the heat exchanger must be cool.
If the air flow is reduced due to power failure the
limit thermostat will cause the burner to lockout.

WARNING
Explosion Hazard
If control locks out, do not make more than 3
attempts to restart the heater.
Dangerous gas mixtures can build up.
The fault must be traced and repaired by a
registered installer or service engineer.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in
death, injury or property damage.

11.1 Uputstva korisniku
CTCU grejna tela su u potpunosti automatska i
upravljaju se spoljnim kontrolama postavljenim sa
strane (odvojeni od grejnog tela, npr. na zidu).
Jedini upravljači na grejnom telu su:
Zatvaranje/blokada gorionika
Dugme za resetovanje Videtistranu 18, odeljak

UPOZORENJE
Opasnost od električnog udara
Isključite struju pre servisiranja
Nepridržavanje ovih uputstava može rezultirati
smrću ili strujnim udarom.
11.2 Rukovanje zagrejačem/gasnim potrošačem
Kada se zagrejač uključuje pomoću daljinskih
upravljača, glavni gorionik se autoamtski pali.
Kontrolna kutija gorionika kontroliše sigurnosno
paljenje plamena.
Svi zagrejači tela zahtevaju konstantno napajanje
gasom i strujom koje ne sme da se prekida tokom
rada potrošača.

11.3 Opšti upravljači
11.3.1 Termostat ventilatora
Termostat ventilatora lociran je unutar pristupnih
vrata na vrhu zagrejača. Videti stranu 28, odeljak
15.3. Ovaj upravljač obezbeđuje da zagrejač ne
izduvava hladan vazduh.
11.3.2 Limit termostat
Limit termostat lociran je unutar pristupnih vrata
grejnog tela i štiti razmenjivač toplote od preteranog
zagrevanja. Videtistranu 28, odeljak 15.3

Pritisnuti za resetovanje
Ovo su ručni uređaji za resetovanje kojima se obezbeđuje
dodatna zaštita od eventualnog otkazivanja rada ventilatora.
Napomena: Da bi resetovali, razmenjivač toplote mora biti
hladan.

Opasnost od eksplozije
Ukoliko upravljači/kontrole blokiraju, ne
pokušavajte više od 3 puta da startujete zagrejač.
Mogle bi se raširiti opasne gasne smeše.
Grešku mora otkriti i sanirati registrovano lice za
instaliranje/monter ili inženjer za servisiranje.
Nepridržavanje ovih uputstava može rezultirati
smrću, povredom ili imovinskom štetom.
11.3.3 Dugme za resetovanje gorionika
Crveno, upozoravajuće svetlo na prednjem delu
zagrejača će se upaliti kada upravljač/kontrola bude
blokiran(a). Ovo može biti prouzrokovano
nedostatkom plamena. Pritisnite dugme za
resetovanje na zadnjem delu grejnog tela (videti
stranu 5, odeljak 4.1) ili daljinsko resetovanje
ukoliko je instalirano sa strane.
Ako je protok vazduha kroz izmenjivač redukovan iz nekog
razloga limit termostat će zaustaviti gorionik
