SECTION 10: COMMISSIONING
Installation, service, commissioning and annual
inspection of the heater must be done by a
contractor qualified in the installation and service of
gas-fired heating equipment. Read this manual
carefully before installation, commissioning,
operation, or service of this equipment. All
components are accessed via the hinged door
secured by a ¼ turn latch. Opening the door
exposes live electrical connections and hot
components.
10.1 Pre-Commission Checks
All pre-commission checks must be carried out
before lighting the heater.
Ensure that the heater and all controls are suitable
for the gas, pressure and electrical supply to which
they are to be connected.
10.1.1 Louvers
Where fitted, the air delivery louvers need to be set
during commissioning to give the required air
distribution (optional vertical louvers).
10.1.2 Electrical Checks
All pre-commission checks must be carried out
before commissioning the heater.
1. Check that all site wiring is connected in
accordance with the appropriate wiring dia-
grams on Page 14, Section 9.3 through Page
14, Section 9.4.
2. Check the correct fuse size is fitted;
See Page 13, Section 9.1.
10.2 Gas Supply
All aspects of the gas installation including the gas
meter must be inspected, tested for soundness and
purged in accordance with local and national codes.
Ensure that the air is fully purged from the heater
inlet pipe up to the main gas valve inlet test nipple.
10.3 Mechanical Checks
1. Check that the fan(s) are free to run and
delivery louvres are turned to give required air
deflection.
2. Check that the flue (and air intake for room
sealed) is installed in accordance with these
instructions and local regulations.
3. Check that the settings of the Combination Fan/
Limit thermostat are correct - See Page 6, Sec-
tion 4.3 and Page 7, Figure 2.
NOTE: The second limit thermostat is preset and
sealed at the factory and is not adjustable.
10.4 Begin Commissioning
10.4.1 Before Operating the Heater
To ensure that all the controls are in safe working
order, operate the heater for the first time with the
isolating gas valve turned off.
1. Turn off the gas isolating valve
2. Using the installed external control, turn on the
burner. The automatic sequence will now begin
as described on Page 16, Figure 8.
There will be no ignition of the burner and lockout
will occur, which proves the controls are operating
correctly.

Use extreme caution while commissioning.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in
death or electrical shock.

Turn off gas and electrical supply before maintenance.
Fan can start automatically at any time.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in severe
injury or product damage.

Instaliranje, servisiranje, puštanje u rad i godišnju
proveru zagrejača mora da obavi lice kvalifikovano
za izvođenje radova u oblasti instaliranja i
servisiranja gasnih potrošača.
Pažljivo pročitajte ovaj priručnik pre instaliranja,
puštanja u rad ili servisiranja opreme. Svim
komponentama pristupa se preko vrata sa šarkama
osiguranih bravicom/rezom(koja se otvara /zatvara
na obrt od ¼ kruga). Otvaranjem vrata direktno se
pristupa električnim konekcijama i vrelim
komponentama.
10.1 Provere pre početka upotrebe
Sve provere moraju biti izvršene pre paljenja
zagrejača. Proverite da li su grejno telo i kontrole
odgovaraju izvorima gasa, struje i pritiska sa kojima
treba da se povežu.
10.1.1 Otvori za vazduh
Tamo gde postoje, otvori za vazduh bi trebalo da se
podese tokom puštanja u rad kako bi se obezbedila
odgovarajuća distribucija vazduha.

Budite krajnje oprezni prilikom puštanja
potrošača u rad. Nepridržavanje ovih
uputstava može prouzrokovati smrt ili strujni
udar.

Prekinite snabdevanje gasom i električnom
energijom pre održavanja.
Ventilator bi mogao automatski da se startuje u
bilo kom trenutku.
Nepridržavanje ovih uputstava može rezultirati
opasnim povredama ili oštećenjem proizvoda.
10.1.2 Provere struje
Sve provere treba da se izvrše pre puštanja
grejnog tela u rad.
1. Proverite da li su svi vodovi povezani u skladu sa
odgovarajućim dijagramima na strani14, odeljak 9.3
2. Proverite veličinu postavljenog osigurača. Videti
stranu 13, odeljak 9.1
10.1.3 Dovod gasa/Snabdevanje gasom
Svi aspekti gasne instalacije, uključujući i merač,
moraju biti provereni (testirana njihova čvrstina) i
pročišćeni u skladu sa lokalnim i nacionalnim
propisima. Proverite da li je u potpunosti izfiltriran
vazduh od ulazne cevi zagrejača do glavnog ventila
cevnog priključka.
10.1.4 Mehaničke provere
1. Proverite da li ventilatori mogu nesmetano da se
pokrenu i da li su vazdušni otvori podešeni tako da
obezbede odgovarajuće skretanje vazduha.
2. Proverite da li cev za sprovođenje sagorelih
gasova (kao i usis vazduha za sobne potrošače)
instalirana u skladu sa ovim uputstvom i lokalnim
propisima.
Napomena: Drugi limit termostat je fabrički podešen
i nije ga moguće prilagođavati.
10.2 Početak upotrebe
10.2.1 Pre rukovanja grejnim telom
Da biste bili sigurni da su sve kontrole bezbedne,
kada prvi put budete rukovali zagrejačem učinite to
sa isključenim gasnim ventilom.
1. Zatvorite gasni ventil
2. Koristeći instaliranu spoljašnju kontrolu, upalite
gorionik. Automatski proces će otpočeti kao što je
opisanona strani 16, dijagram 9.
Gorionik se neće upaliti, doći će do gašenja
(lockout) što pokazuje da kontrole
funkcionišu na zadovoljavajući način
