ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. SHUT OFF MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT
BREAKER. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT
A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN INSTALL THIS
FIXTURE.
2. Remove all parts from carton and discard
packaging material.
3. Determine desire xture orientation; xture can
be turned so it mounts from the top shade or the
bottom shade.
4. Pull wires from xture so they exit the hole in the
center of the universal mounting plate.
5. Gently pull wires from wall outlet box. Lift the
xture to the wall outlet box and make proper
electrical connections described in steps 6 - 8.
A licensed electrician is recommended.
6. Connect the ground wire from xture to the
ground wire in the outlet box. Fasten wires
together with wire nut (D) and tightly wrap
connection with electrical tape. It is imperative
that the outlet box in your home be properly
grounded.
7. Connect the hot wire from xture (BLACK in
color, or SMOOTH side of wire) to the hot wire
in the outlet box. Fasten wires together with wire
nut (D) and tightly wrap connection with
electrical tape.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
* These instructions are provided for your safety.
It’s important that all instructions are read before
beginning installation of xture.
* We STRONGLY recommend installation by a
licensed electrician.
* Turn off power at switch before replacing bulbs,
making sure xture has had sufcient time to cool.
* Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully
assembled.
8. Connect the neutral wire from xture (WHITE in color, or RIBBED side of wire) to the neutral wire in the outlet box. Fasten wires together with
wire nut (D) and tightly wrap connection with electrical tape.
9. Gently push wire connections back into wall outlet box.
10. Hold the xture against the mounting surface and align the universal mounting plate in the back of shade (A) with the wall outlet box.
11. Slide one thumbscrew (C) through the appropriate opening in the universal mounting plate and thread it into the hole in the wall outlet box. DO
NOT TIGHTEN THUMBSCREW (B) COMPLETELY.
12. Slide the mounting plate cover (B) over the universal mounting plate. Slide the large opening in the mounting plate cover over the xture wiring
and place the smaller notch over the installed thumbscrew. Thread the remaining thumbscrew (C) through the other notch and into the wall outlet
box. Turn the thumbscrew until hand tight.
12. Install (2) two 60W MAX. B10.5 Candelabra base bulbs into the sockets.
13 Reconnect the electricity at the main fuse box/ circuit breaker and test xture.
** To clean, use soft dry cloth only. DO NOT use any chemical or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the nish. **
