DIRECTOR FLOOR LAMP

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

* This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the

other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This

plug will ﬁ t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not

ﬁ t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not ﬁ t,

contact a qualiﬁ ed electrician. Do NOT alter the plug.

* Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug from the

lamp can be fully inserted into the extension cord receptacle.

* Switch power off and remove plug from the wall outlet before

replacing the bulb.

NOTE: Do not connect electricity until lamp is fully assembled.

1. Unpack all parts and remove packing materials. Place lamp

base on level surface.

2. Insert 1-60W Max. Type A, medium base bulb into the

socket.

3. Un-thread screws (C) from the inside of shade (A).

4. Align diffuser (B) with opening in shade (A). Use screws (C)

to attach diffuser (B) to shade (A).

5. Remove protective plastic from plug (D).

6. Insert plug (D) into wall outlet.

7. To control power to the lamp, use switch (E).

** To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any chemical or

abrasive cleaners. **
