ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR
MYKONOS FLOOR LAMP
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: Do not connect electricity until lamp is fully assembled.
1. Unpack all parts and remove packing materials. Place lamp base on level surface.
2. Align threaded tubes (G) with holes in base (H).
3. Hold column (F) and base (H) together and carefully turn the lamp onto its side.
Slide washer (I) onto threaded tube (G). Thread nut (J) onto threaded tube and
tighten with wrench (K). Repeat for remaining washer and nut.
4. Carefully turn lamp into upright position.
5. Remove ange (C) from socket (A).
6. Place shade (B) onto socket (A). Thread ange (C) back onto the socket to secure
the shade to the lamp.
7. To adjust lamp to desired height, loosen turn knob (E) then raise or lower column
(D).
8. Install one 100W max. Type A, medium base bulb into the socket (A).
9. Remove protective plastic from plug (L).
10. Insert plug (L) into wall outlet.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
* This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does
not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do NOT alter the
plug.
* Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug from the
lamp can be fully inserted into the extension cord
receptical.
* Switch power o and remove plug from the wall outlet
before replacing the bulb.
* Do not connect electricity until lamp is fully assembled.
* This lamp is UL rated for dry locations.
** To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners. **
