7. If mounting xture onto a solid surface or an area where there’s a stud behind the wall, use alternate mounting hardware shown.
8. Slide back plate (E) over mounting plate (B) and secure with base screws (D).
9. Thread cord cover (H) into the bottom of backplate (E). Thread cord cover (I) onto cord cover (H).
10. Insert two (2) 25W max. Type B9.5 bulbs into sockets.
11. Insert three prong plug (J) into wall outlet.
DIRECT WIRE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. SHUT OF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FORM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/ BREAKER.
2. Remove mounting plate (B) from backplate (E) by removing base screws (D). Set base screws (D) aside.
3. Cut the electrical cord between cord cover (I) and the switch. Remove cord covers (H) and (I) and discard with switch and plug.
4. From the backside of the xture, pull the electrical cord up through the bottom of back plate (E).
5. Insert screw plug (G) into the hole in the bottom of back plate (E).
6. Attach mounting plate (F) to the wall outlet box using mounting screws (L). Make proper electrical connections described in steps
7 - 9. A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS RECOMMENDED.
7. Attach ground wire from xture to ground wire in outlet box. Fasten wires with wire nut (K). Wrap connection with electrical tape.
8. Attach hot wire from xture to hot wire from outlet box. Fasten wires with wire nut (K). Wrap connection with electrical tape.
9. Attach neutral wire from xture to neutral wire in outlet box. Fasten wires with wire nut (K). Wrap connection with electrical tape.
10. Carefully push wire connections back into wall outlet box. Slide back plate (E) over mounting plate (B). Thread screws (D) into
vacant holes at the top and bottom of back plate (E) to secure the xture to the wall.
11. Insert two (2) 25W max. Type B9.5 bulbs into sockets.
12. Reconnect main electrical supply from the fuse box/ circuit breaker and test xture.
13. To adjust lamp position, loosen the adjustment keys. Move the arm and shade into desired position and retighten adjustment keys.
** To clean xture, wipe with a soft dry cloth only. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the nish. **

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR
24” PICTURE LIGHT
PIN-UP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove all parts carefully from the carton. Do not throw away any parts.
2. Remove mounting plate (B) from backplate (E) by removing base screws (D).
3. Place mounting plate (B) on the wall at desired height and mark the position of the round
portions of holes (F) with a pencil. Make sure mounting plate is level before marking.
4. Drill holes into your pencil marks on the wall. The holes should be large enough to
accommodate the expandable anchors (A).
5. Pass screws (C) through holes (F) in mounting plate (B).
6. Attach expandable anchors to ends of mounting screws. NOTE: Mounting plate (B) will be
between anchors (A) and head of screws (C). Insert anchors (A) into pre drilled holes. Turn
screws (C) until mounting plate (B) is fastened securely to the mounting surface.
