ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
NOTE: Do not connect electricity until lamp is fully assembled.
1. Unpack all parts and remove packing materials. Place lamp base on level surface.
2. Determine desired position of the lamp arms. Loosen adjustment knobs (C), (D), and (E). Move the lamp arms into the
desired positions. Tighten adjustment knobs (C), (D), and (E) until hand tight to secure position of arms.
3. Determine desired position of shade (A). Loosen adjustment knob (B) and gently move shade (A) into desired position.
Tighten adjustment knob (B) to secure position of shade.
4. Insert 1-60W Max. Type A, medium base bulb into the socket located inside shade (A).
5. Remove protective plastic from plug (G).
6. Insert plug (G) into wall outlet.
7. Rotate switch (F) to control power to the lamp.
**To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.**
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
* This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t,
contact a qualied electrician. Do NOT alter the plug.
* Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug from the lamp can be fully inserted into the extension cord receptical.
* Switch power off and remove plug from the wall outlet before replacing the bulb.
