ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR
ZOLTAR FLOOR LAMP

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
* This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric
shock. This plug will t in a polarized outlet only one
way. If it does not t fully in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not t, contact a qualied
electrician.
Do NOT alter the plug.
* Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug
from the lamp can be fully inserted into the extension
cord receptical.
* Switch power off and remove plug from the wall
outlet before replacing the bulb.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
NOTE: Do not connect electricity until lamp is fully
assembled.
1. Unpack all parts and remove packing materials.
Place lamp base on a level surface.
2. Align base (H) with column (G). Thread screw (I)
through base (H) and into column (G). Secure the
base to the column by using wrench (J) to
tighten screw (I).
3. Remove adhesive backing from felt (K) and place
it on the bottom of lamp base (H).
4. Install four 25W max., type B, candelabra base
bulbs into sockets (C).
5. Unthread three set screws (B), from canopy (A).
6. Insert glass shade (D) into canopy (A) and
carefully tighten set screws (B) until shade is
secure. NOTE: Do not over tighten screws (B), as
doing so could break the glass shade (D).
7. Remove protective plastic from plug (F).
8. Insert plug (F) into wall outlet.
9. Control power to the lamp by using line switch
(E) on cord.
**To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any
chemical or abrasive cleaners.**
