Installation Guide

1. Remove all parts carefully from the box.
2. Remove mounting plate (B) from backplate (E) by removing backplate
screws (D)
3. Hold mounting plate (B) at desired loaction on wall. Mark location for
screw holes with a pencil. Remove mounting plate (B) from wall. Drill
small holes at marked locations to accommodate plastic anchors (A).
4. Push plastic anchors (A) into vacant holes.
5. Afx mounting plate (B) to wall by aligning holes in mounting plate (B)
with plastic anchors (A). Install screws (C) into plastic anchors to secure
mounting plate (B) to wall.
6. Align screw holes in backplate (E) with screw holes on mounting plate
(B). Slide backplate (E) over mounting plate (B). Install screws (D) to
secure backplate (E) to mounting plate (B).
7. Thread cord cover (F) into threaded opening of backplate (E). Thread
cord cover (G) into threaded opening of cord cover (F). Pull cord tight
when threading cord covers (F) and (G) together to avoid damaging the
cord.
8. Install one Type A-15, 60 watt maximum bulb into socket.
9. Insert three prong plug (H) into wall outlet.

ADJUSTMENT:
1. Loosen adjustment key (J).
2. Angle lamp in desired location.
3. Tighten adjustment key (J) to secure
position.

*These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that
they are read completely before beginning the installation of your xture.
*WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSTALLATION BY A
LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
*Turn off power at switch before replacing bulbs, making sure xture has
had sufcient time to cool down.
*DO NOT subject the xture to any shock while lit as shattering of bulbs
may result.
