ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR
BRUNO DOUBLE ARM
TASK FLOOR LAMP

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: Turn the power off (unplug from the wall outlet) before replacing the
bulb, making sure the bulb has had sufcient time to cool down. Do not subject
the lamp to any shock while lit as shattering of lamp may result.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as
a feature to reduce risk of electric shock, this plug will t in a polarized outlet
only one way. If it does not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.
NOTE: Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully
assembled.
Unpack and place all parts on a soft surface.
1. Place base (G) on level surface. Tilt base (G) on side and pull
wiring between base (G) and column (F) taut. Thread nipple
of column (F) into base (G). NOTE: wiring must be tight when
threading parts together to avoid damaging the wire.
2. Titl base (G) back on level surface.
3. Thread tube (A) into threaded opening of column (D).
4. Thread counterweight (B) into threaded opening of part (C).
Repeat step for each counterweight (B). Counterweight (B)
must be installed for lamp to function properly.
5. Loosen lock (E) (turn counterclockwise direction) and pull tube
(D) to maximum height. Tighten lock (E) (turn clockwise
direction) to secure height of lamp. NOTE: pull/push on cord
when adjusing height of column (D).
6. Instal two (2) Type A-15, 60 watt maximum bulbs into socket.
NOTE: Silver tip bulbs recommended.
7. Remove protective plastic (I) from polarized plug (H).
8. Plug lamp into wall outlet.
Caution: To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any
chemical or abrasive cleaners.
