Installation Guide

Unpack and place all parts on a soft surface.

1. Unscrew and remove bolts (A) at bottom column (B) using allen

wrench (E) provided.

2. Guide bolts (A) with washers (C) through holes in base (D).

3. Thread bolts (A) into threaded holes in bottom of column (B) using

allen wrench (E) provided.

4. Tighten bolts (A) using allen wrench (E).

5. Thread upper tubing section (F) into center body (G) until secure.

6. Follow shade lock assembly instructions for installation of shade.

7. Install (2) type A bulbs Max. 100 Watt into sockets.

8. Insert plug into wall socket.

Caution: To clean, use a soft cloth only, Do not use any

chemical or abrasive cleaners.

Assembly Instructions:















1.- Lower shade and shade spider (C) down to rest on shade alignment

guide (D).

2.- Lower alignment clip (B) over top of shade spider (C) and onto

threaded center tube (E).

3.- Screw nial (A) onto threaded center tube (E) until hand tight.

4.- Check shade alignment and correct if necessary.










