STEP 7 - FINAL ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the LED Reector Array by inserting the wires into the corresponding conductor connectors and closing the tab downward
(Fig. 1).
2. Attach the LED Reector Array to the case with the 2 Reector Screws [SS278] (Fig. 2). Be careful not to pinch or damage the wires.
CAUTION - RISK OF SHOCK
3. Install the Set Screws [203-1192] into the ends of the Front Lens. Install the rst set screw so that it is ush with the top of the bar
(Fig. 3A). This will be the top. Install the second set screw 4 or 5 turns, this will be the bottom of the lens cover (Fig. 3B).
4. Place the top of the Front Lens cover over the top lip of the case, then swing down. If the top of the light needs alignment with the
mirror or door next to it you can move this set screw in or out to set the height (Fig. 4A). Tighten the lower set screw until rmly seated
(Fig. 4B).




