candidate or political campaign;

communicate with
stations in other countries, except
General Radio Service stations in
Canada;

(12) To transmit a false

deceptive communication.

a CB station to transmit
communications for live or
delayed rebroadcast on a radio
or television broadcast station.
You may use your CB station to
gather news items
or
to prepare
programs.

paid

(a) You may not accept direct
or
indirect payment for transmitting
with a CB station.
(b) You may use a CB station to
help you provide a service, and
be paid for that service, as long as
you are paid only for the service
and not for the actual use
of
the
CB station.
